Too many links, so little time

Everyday I cannot walk out the door without my journal. My hand-drawn calendar, along with random notes, to-do lists, quotes, and various important and unimportant things are all jotted down in there. I sketch out things that may have inspired me and will write down URLs people mention to check out to add to my bookmarks. I'll also write down that occasional "Yeah, look for it on youtube," and then experience a failed attempt to commit that "one funny video about xyz" to memory when I actually end up sitting down in front of the laptop.

So in light of all that, I decided to start a blog to share some of the things that inspire me and the random stuff I jot down and get excited about to the world wide web. Hi.

As for what to name my blog, I thought it appropriate to pay homage to my favorite inspiration of all (and also dream car): a red Volkswagen Microbus. So I present to you my blog, and very first post: redvwbus.blogspot.com
